10 days VS 12 minutes
As an old fart I am not into all that social media stuff, you know, Hash tags,Instagram, Tweetes, Twerks, Facebook all that stuff and I don't have any accounts with any of them. This is about as social I get..
When I have a problem with a product I always go to "contact us" page and send them an E mail or call but that usually ends up in INDIA!
Well this just happened,had a problem, went to the "contact page" which brought up a E Mail form. I filled it out with my problem and sent it.
10 days later having not heard back I mentioned it to my daughter.
Her response to me was" Do they have a Facebook Page?" Well they do and she copied my Email and said that she had tried to contact them with an E mail when that failed she thought that a post to Facebook might be in order.
Within 12 minutes there was a reply apologizing for their lack of response and an offer to make it right and throw in some extra stuff..... which I gladly accepted.
I guess that I'm gonna have to get one of those.:B hahaha.
