I figured the problem out!
The cable that went to the front TV had both ends incorrectly ran to the Switch Box area.. So I now have 4 cables running into the Switch Box area 1) From Cable/SAT exterior input 2)To rear TV 3) From front booster 4) To Front TV. I also have the RG6QS cable from the new install SAT running into this area directly connected to the DirecTv box. The booster only has two cables connected to it 1) From Sensor antenna 2)To Switch Box.
All working perfectly now and I hope this helps somebody out in the future.
