I had been using FF 25.0 with NO problems until I let it update a few months ago.
On my tablet (Win 8.1) touch-scrolling was "herky-jerky" and didn't get better over a week's time. I even would open IE11 on sites to see if it was the site or me. It was me.
I reinstalled 25.0 again and all was well. I also told FF to NOT automatically update anymore.
