That looks like a very good antenna, at least on paper.. You do need to be able to lower and raise it for best operation.. But ...
The mount used in the photo above this post is a good job, Easily designed and mounted,, You can mount the motorized antenna so that when the rotor on the antenna points NORTH it is pointing in the same direction as the arrow on the dial inside then you can start by raising the antenna and pointing it NORTH, then rotate the unit using it's motor to get best signal.
That is about the only antenna Ive seen yet that I woudl consider over a Sensar IV.
