That's just uninformed thinking. You need to do a bit of reading to learn how insecure iOS really is.
That said, I don't believe there are any anti-malware apps in the App store anyway. And Apple does a really good job of vetting the apps that are in the app store. So the likelihood of getting malware is pretty slim. But it has been demonstrated that its possible. The same security holes that can be exploited to "jailbreak" the device can also be used to install malware.
