Google has incorporated Google Earth into Chrome and made it better. https://www.google.com/earth/ The latest Chrome update seems to have fixed the lockup I was experiencing.

OK, I had to play with it. Pretty amazing to say the least. It captures a LOT of detail. Decided to capture my own house. It must have been a good day, the awning on the camper is out.
