A Wise Laptop Buy For A High School Student?
He begged me to find a good USA value for a 10"-11" laptop for a niece. Down here private schools require a laptop for high school students. And money is an issue. He has about $120 dollars to spend.....

Does the school recommend anything in particular?
Chromebook is really just a web browser so the school needs to be operating in the cloud to share and submit assignments. DD's HS uses them extensively.
I would probably pop in to Costco or Walmart and buy the low price leader and make it work if money was the issue.
