What kind of "small account", Bumpy?
My account had been primarily dormant for the last 10 years and only used to "price check" stuff and watch a few auctions. No purchases and/or sales....so, of course no paypal or cc's were linked.
I guess the fact that the account suddenly came to life and was listing a mass quantity of burner phones set of a red flag at eBay.
