Hackers cost the US many many millions (perhaps Billions) of dollars every year, I say tack them down and hand them two things.
1 A fine equal (or greater than) the annual cost of hacking, NOTE: Hand this bill to each and every one convicted, OK, so we make a profit if we catch 2 of 'em.
2: Some serious quality time in a facility designed to encourage terrorists (For that is what they are, Cyber Terrorists) to re-tink their lifestyle.
And.. one more thing: A court order: Thou are not to possess or control any type of computing device.
This would include, Computers, Tablets, Smart (or any cell) phone, Automobiles, the thermostat in their house (Once they get out of the big house) a wrist watch.. Well you get the idea, all these devices are computers.
