Received a phone call this am from the Longmont store. All items are in stock and will be placed in will call for pickup.
After explaining how their call system works I understand the error. When I called in the Longmont store system was backed up with calls. Their system automatically reroutes the call to one of their call centers and this operator picks up the call. Mine ended up in Indiana. Unfortunately my rep never sent the message to Longmont.
Thanks again Camping World for the follow through we can all make mistakes it's how you correct them that matters.
