The biggest problem with iPhones is their cost, which is why I won't be upgrading to the iPhone X. I might consider upgrading to the iPhone 8 plus if I can find a decent deal on it.
Though they are significantly more expensive, I've found Apple products (iPhone, iPad and iMac) to be more reliable when compared with Windows computers and android phones. I don't miss the never ending patches and updates on Windows. Though not immune to malware and viruses, In my experience Apple products sure have a lot less problems than their Windows and android counterparts.
