In the 50+ years the Wife and I have camped, being perfectly level isn't high on the priority list.
I have an East/West level on the dash and a North/South level on the door jamb by my left ear. North being straight ahead.
That is my simple way of getting approximately level.
Don't use the stove top and the microwave doesn't care if it's not perfect.
I guess that I could dangle a laser on a one foot string from the ceiling and put a dot on the floor. :B
