Again it may depend on what you're going to use the computer for. If you do a lot of gaming, buying a Mac would be foolish. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, buying a Mac would be foolish. If you're doing mostly e-mail, web surfing, light photo/video editing, buying a Mac would be foolish.
