Adding Good Sam Membership to Apple Wallet

We are having problems adding the Apple Wallet to our IPhone.  Getting the message on phone after clicking on the Apple Wallet icon in the email or from the website “Safari cannot download the file”.  Called Technical Support and she made it sound like it was the settings on our phone.  I shared the email with someone else to try accessing the Apple Wallet link and he received the same message.

We know that your system has been updated, so I believe this is the problem from the update and needs to be fixed.  I also saw that this problem has occurred in previous years.  Please fix the problem but in the meantime we will use the paper copy of our membership.
