Wife spilled a cup of coffee on the Mac keyboard. I did all the right things to dry it out but it wasn't salvageable.
Took it to the Mac store to buy a new one. I told them that it was ruined by the coffee incident. They asked how old it was, I told them "just under 3 years old". They reached on to the shelf, got a new one and handed it to me and said, "there ya go". No charge...they didn't even make me prove the age or look it up.
I like that kind of service.
