With Direct TV, if you are not getting anywhere with the rep on the phone hang up and call again ten minuets later. It is amazing that almost always, the second rep is good.

With ATT go to a ATT owned store with the product, put it on the counter and say;"Fix this." They always have for me.

To others, this was a joke. Nothing will change as to the way the service is provided. Signals can't get weak and I only wish they would drop some of those worthless channels....but they won't (ever wonder how will not became won't? Shouldn't it be wiln't?) :?

Just once I would like to talk a internet technican who can speak english!!!!!!!

Any ideas of what this may mean to the RV world and making solid connections across the US for both surfing the nets and downstreaming videos and Tv...
