I've done some research into this....the best way to confirm is to actually visit an AT&T store (actual company store, not a franchise) and start asking questions. Encourage the sales rep to make inquiries....don't accept "I don't know....never heard about that"! Ask them to call for more information!
It appears to be available to anyone who can supply a US address (campground apparently works!) and a US credit card (check out getting a US Visa (Or whatever))
I will be signing up for the unlimited data plan for $20.00/month (US) when we return stateside in October.
