Glad you had a better experience. I'm sure that some percentage, probably the vast majority, ship right away and arrive quickly. What CW does poorly is communicate expected shipping dates and transit times. If they let the customers set the expectations, and CW doesn't meet the customers' arbitrary (and in some cases unreasonable) expectations, them you have unhappy customers.
I think that's where I fall. In absence of information, I assumed what I thought was reasonable and I was irked when it didn't happen. Maybe my assumption was unrealistic, I don't know. If CW had said up front 'ships in three days', I would've either accepted that timeline or ordered from another retailer.
