Basic Talk for $10/mo from WM

I have seen the ad on TV and wonder if anyone has info for this VOIP service

The pic looks like it needs to have a computer on full time. I thought they had a version that goes before the router.

Can you try MJ and down the road switchover the old landline phone to MJ, or must you do this right away?
