Bedroom television installation

I had that problem once, and I used another cable wire to check the wire from the distribution box and from a RV park source. That fixed it, but what was wrong? Well, the center tip of the cable was about 1/32 of an inch too short in the fitting, and wasn't making a good connection into the female connector at the distribution box.

So, check your male ends to make sure they are long enough in the connectors.
