I (and several others I know of) use Hopper & Joeys in our RVs. I highly recommend them because most times you can use existing RV coax to hook up the Joey receivers and they provide a Whole House DVR.

I'm surprised to hear this. I have a hopper at my house and they had to change my wiring to a newer cable for my joeys to connect consistently.
How much extra is it to run? is it just $7 for the hopper and $7 per joey? I was looking at the 722k and using a coax out to the bedroom, but if I need 2 coax's from the dish I don't want to do that.
The RG6 between the sat dish and the Hopper has to be "gold" -- RG6 cable rated at 3 GHz. Probably not Radio Shack stuff, but it's readily available online.
According to DISH, the coax between the Hopper and Joeys has to be at least RG59 which means RV coax should suffice.
You can use a single cable from a sat dish to an RV Hopper. You just put a Solo Node on your sat dish and run one RG6 3 GHz cable back to the RV from the Solo Node. See my diagram in my previous post.
