Yes, but you'll only get HD on one TV.
The 722k has only ONE HDMI output and that feeds TV 1. TV 2 has the option of either coax cable or RCA jacks for standard def. Most secondary TV's like in my bedroom are smaller and can get by with a standard def signal. YMMV.
Or you can do like I do and add a hi def splitter on the HDMI line and feed both TV's. This works if you don't mind watching the same thing on both TV's.
