Yeah, sure. Like everyone travels with a network analyzer or a TDR.
99% of the people on this board couldn't work either one even if they had one.
I just so happen to own a TDR
Additionally if all you are looking for at the end of the coax is a resistive load, it makes no difference to either 50 or 75 ohm coax, or any other, what value you hang out there. All it does is see an open, short, or DC resistive loss through the cable.
Keep it simple, use a 100 ohm 1% resistor for all and call it a day.
