It is simply the McDonald's business model. They are still selling $0.25 burgers, aren't they? They built their reputation as a bargain basement burger joint now charge whatever they think they can get away with. Nothing wrong with that, the buyer makes it happen. Millenicom created an image as cut rate resellers, perhaps even at a loss, and have now jacked up their price since they have a few customers. There is no free lunch.
