Big TV troubles with audio

Hubby hooked up new wireless Bluetooth headphones to our Sony Bravia TV. Now, even when disconnected, we get no volume from the TV. Volume works fine without the headphones for DVDs. The football game starts in 1 hour. Help, please!

We have already tried the myriad of controls on the set to no avail. There is a speaker reset option, but when we tried it, it didn't take the reset command. Thanks!

Anything plugged into a headphone jack disengages speakers.

First off, I no longer own a Sony so this answer is based on older Sonys and general TV knowledge. Go into the Setup Menu / Audio Setup and turn the TV speakers back on (or set the output to Speakers).

There is a place on the. back of the set that is labeled "digital audio equipment". What does this do? It looks like a small red light is on and it looks like it might be a button that could be pushed. Thanks! Also, there is a blue i , but I can't figure out how to get information about what it is trying to tell us. We have tried the onlin help & also the 800# to no avail...
