Blocked Caller Question
I’m curious , if I’ve blocked a phone number, what does the blocked party hear if he calls, a message, no ring, or nothing at all? Thank you

It depends on what function or app you've used to block the caller and who your carrier is. With some, they hear nothing as they are immediately disconnected. In other situations, the call goes straight to your voicemail. Some apps send spam calls to lengthy, rather humorous recorded messages intended to waste the spammers time (usually apps you pay for).
