I don't know what the solution is, but I tire of 4-10 calls each and every day on both of my cell phones
I don't care if the number is spoofed or not, I block it. If it IS spoofed, the odds are extremely slim that anyone at that number is EVER likely to need to call me for real, so blocking it is a no brainer to me.
