I'm not sure it was even worth it to keep the driver CD. Oftentimes, the software on the CD is outdated and first thing that happens is you get prompted to download the latest version from their website! I've encountered a number of devices recently where they don't even bother to include a driver CD, but instead direct you to download from their website.
