Camping World master catalog coupon

OK, I don't usually get on the bandwagon on what Camping World could do better, but they messed this one up. I received my master catalog the other day and have spent a bit of time thumbing through it. I have a list of needs for this spring and was thinking of placing an order somewhere soon. I noticed on the back of the catalog a coupon for $10.00 off ANY order! I thought cool, this could make the pricing close enough where I would make the order with Camping World. I wouldn't even mind if it was a bit more than some of the other sources. I tear off the coupon and look at the back. It says "Must present coupon at time of purchase. Must mail in coupon to redeem when ordering by phone or online". So how do you present the coupon when making an online order, I tried entering the coupon number on the ordering page, doesn't work. Where do you send it to, do you need a receipt, do they send you a check for $10.00, is it really $10.00 off on your next order? If I called would they give me the $10.00 off when I placed my order, if so why should then bother sending in the coupon. Why have to send in the coupon at all, you just need the number. Camping World, you have to make it EASY for me to make purchases! Bottom line is I haven't spent my $300 on my spring needs list yet, this could have been the trigger to do so, but now I am just irritated.
