Jeff, in California it's illegal to advertise an item is on sale unless it has been offered at "regular" price for a certain period. Does your state have such a statute? Have you reported this? Gee, are you certain of your facts....provable? Or are you just ranting? CW doesn't intend to violate the law or "rip off" anyone. What Garmin sold it for isn't relevant in my state.
