"Camping World email indicates a Memorial Day sale and shows the Garmin RV770 for $399, advertising this as $40 off the "regular" price of $439. That device has never sold for $439 nor is that the MSRP. Garmin themselves sold that device in pre-sale for $399. The ethics of this is disappointing." And with another poster that said CW is "greedy." And another poster who at least implied CW was HQed outside California to avoid our laws. And back to you that you have demonstrated that CW didn't offer the RV770 for a legally sufficient amount of time before discounting it from their regular price...put it on sale. That should cover it.
