I guess folks are just rude and stupid everywhere! How many times have you pulled into a Cracker Barrel and had the RV parking spots filled with cars too! (I have, many times!)
I've found the contractors to be the ones who block the loading area while they shop more than anyone else. It's a loading area, not a parking area. Regardless of what you do for a living.
