Before others pipe up, Welcome to RV.Net. A lot of members will jump on this as a First post that is nothing but complaints, but this is what Marcus setup and also what the Advertise this forum for so please do not take it to heart if you get some unkind replies. Most on here are great people but as with any group there are those that post just to tick people off.
It really sounds messed up. I know that you fell let down but give this post some time to get to Marcus and then see what happens.
I hope that you can get this resolved one way or another and get the RV of your Dreams.
