Welcome to the forum, Debbie. I hope your future RV adventures will be very positive and that people here will hear about them. Unfortunately, sometimes people post once as a rant and are never heard from again. It's a shame because I've learned a great deal here. You might find it useful, too, when you do have an RV.
In every difficult experience, I generally learn things by the time it's over. One is how to complain and resolve a problem. The Internet can really be your friend. For example, I googled "How to contact Marcus Leonis" and found his phone number, Facebook and Twitter info, etc in one click. Not sure why you could not find his information.
I think many people reading forums are sophisticated enough to recognize when someone makes a first post because they may be seeking revenge across every corner of the internet rather than a solution (which it sounds like Camping World attempted to provide to their best ability in this case.) To be honest, overly detailed rant posts aren't always taken seriously. People sometimes conclude a competitve RV dealer (or whatever business) might be in the background.
You left the show still browsing RVs, not ready to commit, and ended up being offered a deal at cost. You chose to decline the final offer. There are lots of RVs and lots of dealers out there. Not sure why you are still trashing a company that tried to make it right. Just move on, and Happy RVing.
