I am sorry we could not earn your business but I am not going to allow your statements to go unchecked. We did our absolute best to give you want you want and if that is not good enough, I am sorry about that. We want to earn everyones business but there is no more to give to earn yours.

Great response - as always two sides to the story, guess the OP wanted it free
AS invoice has nothing to do with the COST to the dealer of a RV or car for that matter and has plenty of built in profit.A good response would have been "we will sell it to you at our cost".Invoice has made more profit for dealers than any other scam ever invented. Why is it a great response?
Did they leave the customer hanging without the courtesy of a phone call? Yes!
Did they mess up the order? Yes!
Did they IMPLY the customer was wrong? Yes! (They only had one unit on hold)
Once a customer is MAD because the vendor screwed up there is nothing the vendor can do to turn it around.
PLease don't say it was a great response from the vendor when the vendor is just paying lip service
