JMHO: When you leave a deposit the item should be yours...period. If you left a deposit then changed your mind I bet you would have a heck of a time getting a full refund on your deposit. You would probably loose at least a handling fee, maybe even loose the whole thing as "a sale would have been lost" in the time the item was held. Not just at CW but at many retail establishments, even in a new home sale. Again in my humble opinion, the retailer, in this case CW, should have made a major concession to correct the error, and someone should have been held accountable...like fired. Again, JMHO
