Maybe its just me here, but looking from outside the box on this. A mistake was made, It was attempted to make it right, which was not good enough for the prospective customer. End of story. Some times in every business mistakes are made. And the only person out of any money is camping world. So they already lost this one. But seeing a representative of the company childishly arguing on the web with other prospective customers just seems unprofessional. Your original statement of facts and apology seemed fitting. The rest unprofessional. In my opinion.
