Here are the issues:
1. A mistake was made selling a trailer that the OP had a deposit on.
2. Camping World offered to sell them a similar one at another store and pay the cost of shipping it to the OP (a considerable sum), or Camping World offered to order them an exact unit.
3. Camping World claims they offered to sell the unit at their cost. The OP claims their offer was the same price as the RV show price.
4. Camping World offered to supply a slider hitch. OP claims that was part of the original deal.
5. Camping World offered to reduce the finance terms. OP claims his credit worthiness would support the reduced finance terms without Camping World's involvement.
6. Camping World offered a $250 gift card.
There are two sides to every story and very often the real truth is somewhere between both sides.
