Camping World SALE pricing

CW sent out a flyer showing that RV Anti-Freeze was on sale for $4.99
What a sale price!!! Locally at a big box store it is around $2 so I guess I can't drive 35 miles to the local CW to buy.
  • From my experience, you need to be very selective about "sales" from Camping World. I have purchased some truly good bargains through some of their sales, but those are few. In most cases, the CW sales price is far higher than the normal price at just about anywhere else. You just have to watch and compare. Sometimes they have a good price on something, but most times their prices are crazy high.
  • Our local WalMart had RV pink stuff at about $5 a gallon and in another isle for about $3 a gallon last year. I didn't look to see the difference except the expensive one had a brand name on it.
  • I haven't bought anything from camping world in years, even the local rv dealer has better pricing.
  • Same around here. Ethanol alcohol based antifreeze is much cheaper than propylene glycol based.
Make sure you are not comparing apples to oranges.
  • I have yet to find anything on sale at CW that I couldn't find a better price for on Amazon.
  • Is the CW antifreeze propylene Glycol or alcohol.
Makes a difference and I did not research.
