The "Good Sam Care Team" has still not done anything with my order placed May 15th. The order is still processing. In the thread titled "Camping World Sucks" I was told by the team that this was going to be taken care of. What is taking so long?Bruce

I have been reading about the problems with CW filling orders for quite a while on RV.NET. I just figure it isn't worth the trouble ordering from CW when I can get the same products for the same price or cheaper, even when on sale, from numerous other vendors on the internet. Amazon and Tweetys to list a couple. The only time it takes Amazon a month to get it to me is when the item is shipped directly from China.

It is so bad, Camping World goes to my local Mom and Pop RV dealer for parts! As my dealer says, CW is good for the camping knick knacks, which is the only time I go there. I go to my Mom and Pop RV dealer for real parts. He also said that since CW moved in, their business has actually gone up, because they draw in more people to the area, and CW itself buying parts off them.

Thanks for posting to often CW replies and blows smoke to get the post stopped. Keep applying the heat to make them do something

I can say I have never had a problem with a order from Camping World over 20 years or so...

CW obviously has an inept IT group who failed miserably on their OFS. In my experience though some customers can never be pleased and are hardly worth the effort. Not suggesting that the OP fits that profile just pointing out a business reality that I have personal experience with.
