I like CW stores for the most part and have had my problems with them and I have to say that in those cases they did the right thing by me.
But I for one would appreciate lower, truly competitive pricing so that when I do walk through the door I don't have that nagging feeling that I am being taken advantage of price-wise.
I am also aware that things can be ordered online but for those of us who full time that is not always a viable option.
I would rather have the honesty and low prices upfront than on the back end of a problem.
I agree. Good resolution, but should have been more upfront.
