I needed some lap sealent and other supplies for my travel trailer,Camping World was the closest went into the store no one would ask if I needed help I had to go look for someone to help me, this happen twice. Camping World has the worst customer service will not shop there again until they improve on customer service.

At least you found out how much they value your business.Now just shop on the internet for the cheapest price for everything you need and avoid the experience.

Same as shopping in any large store (WalMart, Lowe's, Target, Home Depot, K-Marts, Sears) you have to find someone to talk to first so they know what you need. They all have other primary jobs and customers are first when you ask for help they know the products you need or can ask for a manager to help.

I prefer to ask for help when I need it rather than having sales staff bugging as you go through the store.

They don't read minds. Most of the people don't need assistance. And then when they do, they ask for it.

Staff at CW Avondale, AZ is very helpful. Almost always someone by the door as you walk in asking if you need help. There are also staff wandering the store continually asking if anyone needs assistance. Like any chain it varies from store to store.

Was in the new store at Crestview Fl. over the weekend and got the help when needed and was offered assistance several times whrn roaming waiting on the wife. Great service there (only used the parts store). Thanks to the store staff there.

If right off i40 then it was campers inn. I don't care for them myself. Never been to their parts store, just the dealer part.

Yep, that's what I do. Never had the problem of no help after asking for it.
If you want the former try going to a used car lot!

Went into the RV dealer in Mocksville, NC and after 1/2 hour of looking for some help we left. All the sales people were no where to be seen. We left. Don't ask me the name of the RV dealer I didn't care enough to remember.

My DW would never ask anyone where something is while I do and looking for something isn't my style unless I'm killing time. JMHO

When I entered the store the first time I spoke to a cashier he said the lap sealent would be on the Monday truck, waited till Tuesday went back to the store spoke to a different cashier I ask her if she had dove white lap sealent instanly she said no without even going to the back and looking for it are checking the computer to see if it came in.If they are a Dicor supplier they should have this product. I understand you can run out but don't give your customer a run around.

The staff at the La Mirada California store are most helpful and I find the customer service there excellent..

I like the way ACE Hardware does it. When you enter the store someone asks if you need help. Many times I'll ask which aisle is xyz in, or I need a certain bolt. I agree I don't usually like people following me, but it's nice to have someone ask me once as I enter the store.
