Can anyone identify this thing?

Just bought a 2011 Rockwood 5th Wheel to replace my Jayco that was an Irma victim. The entertainment system has no markings for brand or model, and neither does the remote. The remote appears to be DOA, and yes I did put fresh batteries in it. I had planned on just buying a universal remote, but cannot ID this thing to even begin to address the issue.

Well for one, I am trying to figure out how to post the **** pictures, and it would not let me delete the post. I will have the pictures up in a moment.

You're looking at it and can't ID it. How do you expect anyone here to do better?
