If both trailers have sensors on all wheels, you should be able to program both trailers the same (i.e. sensor numbers in the same wheel location). When you hook up a trailer the receiver is not going to know which trailer it is, just that there are 4 sensors back there transmitting signals. Contact TST to make sure that is doable.
You would probably need the trailers some distance apart when doing the programming so that there was no overlap in signals.
