Cannot access Yahoo UPDATED

on the off chance that you did make a grammatical error the web address is actually my.yahoo.com, not myyahoo.com. give that a try...otherwise try clearing out your cache, temp files, etc. if you're using internet explorer you can do that...

for ie10 click DELETE in the box about 2/3 of the way down. earlier versions should be something similar.

Here's an idea to rule out one problem. When you're using the phone as a hotspot, bring up a command prompt and ping myyahoo.com. Write down that IP address.

Then go back to the mifi connection. Open a browser and instead of putting in myyahoo.com as the address, use the ip address. If it works with the ip address, you have a name resolution problem associated with the mifi.

I don't know what yahoos problem has been. I gave up and set up a second account with gmail. My pass word would't work with yahoo. Strange because Verizon and ATT email uses yahoo and never a problem but going to yahoo email it goes tilt quite often.

I stopped using them as my homepage when they changed to the new format but when I just tried to connect and it came up okay. I am using a Verizon 720 aircard and Cradlepoint MBR95 router.

what error are you seeing? are you trying to access yahoo.com or mail.yahoo.com or some other variant?

They must be down as I too can not update my mail or other Yahoo features.
