Did you have them CHANGE YOUR SERVICE ADDRESS? Try using Dish chat on-line and tell them you have moved to "1234 Jimmie Ave, this town, tx 11234" and you need to have the local channels activated. I will make the bold leap to assume you have an antenna capable of receiving all 3 of the Dish satellites but since we don't know where you are located, that antenna might have to be able to receive 110, 119 and 129 or 61.5, 72.7 and 77.
