Have never had a problem. A call to Dish, tell them I am in the RV, ask them to change my service address (not the billing address) to the address of the RV park (or at least a nearby address if I do not know that address), and in a few minutes I get the local network channels of the nearest large city.
Only once did I have to call twice. Turned out the first person had correctly changed the address but failed to activate if.
