Can't stay loged in on FF or IE/ I got it fixed

Watching this, as I also have to log on every morning to all programs, after the computer has been turned off. I have IE10 and My Yahoo for a home page. Been going on for about a month now.

It is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted if clearing cookies doesn't work.

Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

Have you checked the setting that erases cookies when the browser closes?

I called Verizon again. This time I got a tech who knew what to look for. In our screen sharing session he was able to view my yahoo registration forum. It seems when yahoo got hacked it not only dumped my password but it also dumped my registration. Once he got me registered again everything worked as it should.
