Carryout; Anser; New Pathway X2; Tailgater????

Ok, I've been looking at the portable satellite systems. I understand that the tailgater can only handle one TV. The other three, all by Winegard, will handle 2 TV's, can anyone tell me the difference between these, and if there is any reason to have one over the other? I can't find much difference, except price, which makes me curious.

  • The Tailgator only receives the Dish western arc satellites. There are areas, particularly in the Northeast, where all three western arc birds may not be viewable, making some channels unavailable. The Anser requires manual adjustment to switch satellites, while it appears that the soon to be released Pathway X2 is fully automatic, as is the Carryout. The Carryout will also work with a larger selection of receivers, as well as working with Dish, Direct, and Bell systems.
