CB -cell phone-ham radio??
Part of your answer depends on what kind of information is important to you. CB's will give current information road conditions,accidents etc etc. This info will come primarily from truckers on ch. 17 or 19. Cell phone is for personal/business(tow trucks) communications IF you have service. Check with the various cell phone carriers to see which one will give you the best reception in the areas you will RVing in.
